What does this sign mean?

The route beyond this sign is for cyclists only, and other vehicles must not use it. It marks cycle tracks that are separate from the carriageway and lanes reserved entirely for cycles. Drivers must not enter or park in a cycle lane that is in operation, and should expect cyclists to emerge where such a route meets the road. Cycle facilities and the rules about driving or parking in them are regularly examined in the theory test.
