Mini-roundabout (roundabout circulation - give way to vehicles from the immediate right

What does this sign mean?

This blue sign marks a mini-roundabout, where you must give way to traffic coming from your immediate right and pass round the central marking. Mini-roundabouts are used at junctions too small for a full island, and the painted circle must be driven around rather than over unless your vehicle is physically too large. Signal as you would at any roundabout and remember that other drivers have very little time to read your intentions. Because vehicles can be turning in every direction at once, mini-roundabouts and double mini-roundabouts are frequent theory test subjects.
