What does this sign mean?

In Wales, direction signs carry place names in both Welsh and English, so each destination appears twice on the same panel. There is more text to process than on an English-only sign, which is exactly why they are placed well before the junction. Slow your reading down rather than your vehicle, and look for the name you recognise rather than trying to read the whole board.
