What does this vehicle marking mean?

Vehicles carrying dangerous goods in packages display plain reflective orange rectangles front and rear. The plain panel means the load is packaged rather than in bulk, so no substance code is shown. If such a vehicle is involved in a collision, keep well clear, warn other people and call the emergency services with a description of the markings. Do not use a mobile phone close to a spillage.
